Proven management. We invest alongside experienced operators with a track record of growing businesses and building long-term shareholder value. Management co-invests with JOA and can earn additional performance-based equity, so our interests are aligned from day one.

A well-defined, focused business. We target technology, business services, consumer products, and manufacturing companies with up to $50 million in revenue. They operate in clearly defined market segments with attractive industry fundamentals, a market large enough to support substantial growth, and a favorable competitive position.

Significant growth potential. We look for companies that have already identified their growth opportunities and are best positioned to capture them with an experienced financial partner.
